Tell one consistent financial story

A financial pack should connect the purpose of borrowing with historic performance, current trading and the forecast. Contradictions between accounts and forecasts create avoidable questions. We help organise the supporting schedules and explain the key assumptions in plain language.

Prepare the core financial inputs

Depending on the agreed scope, the pack may include historic and management accounts, a cash flow forecast, existing debt commitments, the proposed use of funds and scenario analysis. Your chosen lender may request other documents or use its own template. We can work to the information requirements you provide.

Keep responsibility clear

Management remains responsible for the completeness and accuracy of its information. Preparation support is not an audit, credit approval or a lender endorsement. The deliverable is an agreed financial pack for your use, with assumptions and unresolved information gaps made visible.

What belongs in a business debt funding pack?

The required pack depends on the lender, facility and business. A useful starting point ties the amount requested to its purpose, repayment source and downside risk.

Keep a source and version register. Resolve inconsistent numbers before submitting, and agree secure sharing with the intended recipients.

Questions about this scope

Does a lender information pack guarantee approval?

No. The lender decides using its own criteria, credit assessment and terms. Preparation helps explain the case and identify gaps; it does not guarantee funding or a particular rate.

Is profit enough to demonstrate repayment capacity?

No. Cash collection, working capital, tax, capital expenditure and other debt payments also matter. Forecast cash movements alongside the profit figures.

What will I receive?+

We agree the deliverables before work starts. The scope will identify the schedules, analysis or preparation work you need and the information required from you.

Can you work with my existing advisers?+

Yes. We can scope the financial work around your accountant, solicitor and other appointed advisers, with clear responsibilities and your permission to share information.
